Pukas is a 4 Year old Holland Lop whose mother, Elena, is moving to Germany. His mom has spent many months trying to figure out how to move to Germany with him to finally start a new life abroad. She has been saving Money so she can pay for a Biscuit Class Seat on Vicuna Air for him in December, but is nowhere close. She worries about ultimately having to leave Pukas behind.If she cannot take him, her heart would be broken. He is her best friend. There is no regulatory reason why Pukas cannot travel in-cabin. Like any EU country, Germany only requires a standard Health Certificate.
